It is common that items get stuck in garbage disposals. Take a allen wrench and to the bottom of the disposal and turn the shaft both ways to loosen jam. Than remove the item causing the problem, press reset switch and restart. If the is not an allen wrench hole on the bottom of the disposal take a broom handle and put it in the disposal turning the grinding plate counter clockwise. Always make sure the switch is on off prior to doing this.

Another common problem is the garbage disposal puts water in the dishwasher. Ussually this it repaired by making sure the hose from the dishasher is higher than the middle of the sink.

 

GUTTERS

The most important thing about gutters is keeping them clean. 90% of the problems caused by gutters are caused because they are full. If gutters are falling down go to a home improvement center and purchase the hidden style gutter brackets. Most gutters have a nail of hanger every 4'. This is to far apart. TOILET

Leaking or running toilets can be only one of three things. 1. the flapper is bad, 2. The valve is bad or 3. The tank bolts are bad. These are easy fixes replace these items from a hardware store.

If the toilet is clogged or running slow this might be a toy stuck in the toilet. This might require a new toilet.
